Unfortunately, no matter how many reminders you send and how nicely you explain to clients how no-shows impact your business, there are some people that just can’t seem to help it. This is why ClinicSense offers three levels of no-show protection (which are all optional).

If you don’t have issues with no-shows, you can turn off No-Show Guard ™. But it’s always there for you if you ever need to turn it on.

Level 1: Require a credit card number to book online (optional)

Clients will be required to enter a credit card number when they book online
You can choose if this is a requirement for all clients or new clients only
The card won’t be charged at that time, but it is saved to file
If the client no-shows, you can charge the card your no-show fee

Level 2: Require a small deposit to book online (optional)

Clients will be required to pay a deposit when they book online.
You set the deposit amount (often equivalent to your no-show fee).
You can choose if this is a requirement for all clients or new clients only.
The client’s card is saved to file so you can charge the balance of the amount due later.

Level 3: Require pre-payment in full (optional)

Clients will be required to pay the full amount for their appointment when they book online.
You can choose if this is a requirement for all clients or new clients only.
The client's card is saved to file for future appointments.
